How to cook
Dissolve the yeast with warm water along with the sugar and leave it for 10 minutes to activate in the heat.
In a bowl, sift the flour, add the salt and stir to mix the ingredients well. Add the activated yeast and knead an elastic dough and at the end of kneading, add the olive oil.
Knead for about 8-10 minutes and form the dough into a ball.
Place the dough ball in a greased bowl or bag and cover it. Leave it in a warm place for 1 hour, so that it can increase in volume.
