How to make
Prepare the ingredients. Activate the yeast by adding it to the warmed milk, along with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp of the flour.
Dissolve the salt in the water. Mix the eggs with the sugar and beat with the sunflower oil.
Heat the mixture in a water bath at 100°F (40 °C) while stirring nonstop until fully homogenized. Add the zest before kneading.
Knead a dough from them and the sifted flour. Leave to rise until doubled in volume (60 - 120 min.)
After forming the cozonacs, scones and other treats from the dough, leave them to ferment for 60-80 min.
