How to make
Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add the oil and salt. Beat 3 eggs with 2/3 cup (150 g) of the sugar. Combine the 2 mixtures.
Sift the flour and add it as well. Let rise for about 90-100 min. Divide up the dough into balls of 1/2 cup (120 g).
Shape each ball into an 8 or a spiral. Let them rise another 1 hour. Smear them with the last egg, sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
Bake in an oiled and floured tray at 370°F (190 °C) for 15-20 min.
