Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 1 package (round)
  • blueberry jam
  • for spreading
  • marmalade - from apricots, peaches (light)

How to make

Remove the puff pastry from the package. Cut it into 8 equal triangles.

Put blueberry jam on each piece in the wide part. Roll them up into rolls.

Arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper, spaced apart. Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C), until they're fully baked.

Take out the rolls and while they are still warm, spread them with the peach jam, by using a silicone brush.

You can serve the puff pastry rolls with jam both warm and cold.
