How to make
Open up the puff pastry and roll it out. Cut it into 4 equal parts, then cut each part in half. Put some of the chocolate in the wide part and roll them up into rolls.
Close the ends and twist slightly, so that the chocolate does not come out during baking. Arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper, spaced apart.
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and bake them, until they're fully baked.
Take out the rolls and using a silicone brush, spread marmalade on them.
Sprinkle them with icing sugar and serve the puff pastry rolls with chocolate - both warm and cold.
