How to make
Take out the puff pastry from the freezer to defrost a little. Meanwhile, prepare the filling for the savory rolls. Put the feta cheese and yogurt in a suitable container, mash the cheese and mix.
Cut the bacon and pickles very finely. Add them to the cheese and mix well.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into triangles. In the middle of each triangle, put some of the filling and roll them up, not roughly, so that the filling does not come out.
Spread each puff pastry roll with egg yolk and put a little butter.
Arrange the rolls with filling in a tray lined with baking paper on the bottom and bake at 430°F (220°C) for half an hour.
