How to make
Roll out 4.2 oz (120 g) of puff pastry into a thin sheet. The puff pastry is ready made and frozen. Take it out in advance to defrost.
Roll it out into a large thin rectangle on a surface. Cut it into four rectangles with a knife.
Cut the pears in half so that 4 equal halves are formed.
Carefully carve out the inside. Grind the walnuts.
Inside the pears, add crumbled blue cheese and ground walnuts on it. Wrap the pears with puff pastry.
With the smooth side down, put pears in puff pastry in a tray covered with baking paper. Spread them with beaten yolk and bake until golden at 360°F (180°C).
Eat the aromatic pears with filling in puff pastry warm.
