How to make
Boil the chicken leg and debone it. Remove the skin.
Wash and cut the mushrooms. Stew them in the oil. Add the finely chopped chicken.
Fry until ready - until the mushrooms soften and the meat acquires a golden color. Pour the cream and mix. Season with salt.
Remove the finished mixture from the heat.
Unfold out the puff pastry and roll it out slightly. Cut it into wide strips.
Put the stuffing along the entire length of the strip and roll it up.
Do this with all the strips. Cut the finished rolls into 4-5 pieces.
Arrange them on a tray lined with kitchen paper and spread them with beaten egg yolk using a silicone brush.
Bake the puff pastries, until golden in a heated oven.
The puff pastries with chicken and mushrooms are ready.
