How to make
Unfold the puff pastry sheet and cut it into triangles of equal size. Spread mustard on each one of them.
At the wide end of the triangle place a piece of sausage. Wrap them, but not very tightly, like crescent rolls.
Arrange the rolls in a large tray lined with a piece of baking paper. Spread them with milk. Sprinkle them with a mix of poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
Bake the puff pastries at 390°F (200 g) in a preheated oven with a fan for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to 340°F (170) and finish off the baking process, until they're nicely browned.
The puff pastries with sausage and mustard are delicious hot and cold.
Enjoy!
