How to make
Cut the meat into small pieces and finely chop the mushrooms and pickles. Heat some fat and add the meat.
Once it has lightly fried, add the mushrooms and pickles. Fry, until a golden is obtained.
Add the cheese and cream. Season with black pepper and salt. Stir well and remove it from the heat.
In a heart shaped mold with a removable bottom, put one sheet of the puff pastry dough. Pull it slightly on the sides of the mold and pour the filling.
Grate the yellow cheese and cover with the other sheet of puff pastry dough on which you have cut an opening.
Bake in a heated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes.
The chicken in puff pastry is ready.
