How to make
Remove the puff pastry from the freezer, it must be cold but not frozen or it will start to break.
Spread it into a single crust.
The eggs are well beaten in a suitable container and the crumbled white cheese is added to them. Mix well and spread it on the puff pastry crust.
It is rolled up and cut with a sharp knife. Arrange the puff pastry snails in a plastic bag carefully, so that they do not stick and put them in the freezer - they are frozen for about an hour.
Remove the savory puff pastries and arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the puff pastry snails with egg and white cheese in a preheated oven at 480°F (250°C) for about 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
