Enjoy these quick, easy and delicious puff pastry snails with Turkish delight and walnuts.
The walnuts are grinded coarsely with a hand held grinder, and the Turkish delight is cut into small cubes.
Spread the dough and sprinkle with the grinded walnuts and Turkish delight.
It is rolled up and cut into about 2 cm puff pastries. The pieces are arranged in an greased tray on baking paper, at a distance from each other.
Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes. Then they are removed from the oven and left to cool.
Put the butter, sugar, water in a saucepan. The resulting mixture was boiled for 5 minutes.
It is left to cool slightly and the cooled puff pastry snails are poured with it.
