How to make
Spread the puff pastry and cut it into triangles. Under each, put a piece of Turkish delight and if you desire, some nuts.
Close the rolls, by pinching the edges, so the delight doesn't spill out. Arrange in a tray, brush them with beaten egg if desired and put to bake at 390°F (200 °C) in a preheated oven until they get a nice tan.
Sprinkle the finished Turkish delight cookies with puff pastry with powdered sugar.
