  • turkish delight - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • sugar - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • walnuts - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • wafer crusts - 1 package

How to make

Cut the Turkish delight into the smallest possible pieces and set it aside.

Prepare a small pot and pour the sugar into it.

Put it on the stove over low heat to melt the sugar. The sugar should be stirred frequently, in order for the mixture to be more liquid.

Grind the walnuts in a chopper or buy ground ones. When the sugar has cooled a bit, add the chopped Turkish delight and ground walnuts and mix them well.
