"The easiest way to prepare a great quiche is in this recipe - with puff pastry and your favorite stuffing with ham, yellow and white cheese."

Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 1 package (400 g)
  • white cheese - 60 g (grated)
  • yellow cheese - 60 g (grated)
  • cottage cheese - 2 tbsp. (yellow cheese)
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • ham - 3.5 oz (100 g) (finely chopped)
  • spring onion - 1 stalk (chopped)
  • salt
  • black pepper - by taste
  • oregano - 2 pinches
  • butter - for spreading

How to make

Cut a circle out of the puff pastry with the diameter of the baking tin.

Grease it with butter and put the dough inside of the tin. Pierce it with a fork.

Combine all of the products for the filling and mix them well.

Pour the prepared mixture on the puff pastry and bake the quiche at 360°F (180°C), until it is fully baked.

The puff pastry quiche with ham, yellow and white cheese is ready.
