How to make
Cut a circle out of the puff pastry with the diameter of the baking tin.
Grease it with butter and put the dough inside of the tin. Pierce it with a fork.
Combine all of the products for the filling and mix them well.
Pour the prepared mixture on the puff pastry and bake the quiche at 360°F (180°C), until it is fully baked.
The puff pastry quiche with ham, yellow and white cheese is ready.
