How to make
Pour the soda into the yogurt, stir it and let it foam up. Cut the butter into small cubes and grate the white cheese and yellow cheese.
Mix the flour with the butter, the grated white and yellow cheese and the yoghurt with the soda. Knead a dough that isn't sticky (if necessary, add a little more flour).
Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into balls and roll them out. Cut them into triangles.
Roll them up like croissants, by rolling them up from the wider side to the thinner side. Arrange the savory bites in a tray lined with baking paper at a distance from each other.
Bake them in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes at 340°F (170 degrees) or until they aquire a golden brown color.
