Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • oatmeal - 5 tbsp.
  • chia - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • turmeric - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • thyme - 1 tsp.
  • seeds mix - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl. Add the egg to it and mix.

Then add all of the other ingredients except the seeds. You will need them at the end.

Stir the mixture with a spoon.

Cover a tray with baking paper.

Pour the seeds into a plate.

Tear off small pieces of the savory bites mixture and form it into balls. Roll each ball in the seeds and arrange them in the tray.

While this is done, turn on the oven to heat up to 360°F (180°C).
