How to make
Sift the flour and put it in a suitable container for kneading by hand. Put the butter on the stove to melt.
During this time, finely crumble the white cheese.
Add the cheese to the flour and stir to mix everything well.
Start adding the melted butter in a thin stream. Add two spoons of yogurt.
Start kneading until a medium soft and smooth dough is obtained.
Without waiting, sprinkle flour on a smooth surface and roll out the dough to obtain a layer, which is about 3 mm thick.
Then cut out small circles with a small cup or bottle.
Place baking paper in a suitable tray and arrange the savory bites.
Beat the egg, spread the circles and sprinkle with flaxseed.
Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
Eat the easy savory bites with flaxseed when they cool.
