How to make
Pour the yogurt, grated white cheese, melted lard and baking soda into a bowl and add the flour, until a medium-hard dough is formed.
Leave it to rest for about 5 hours, roll it out and cut it first into strips and then into sticks.
Arrange them in a greased baking pan, spread them with the beaten egg and bake them at 360°F (180°C), until they aquire a golden brown color.
