For these savory bites with cheese from the flour, butter and margarine, make crumbs.
Add the egg yolks, processed cheese, parmesan and salt.
Knead a crumbly dough. Wrap it in cling film and leave it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Take it out and roll it out into a rectangular 0.2″ (5 mm) thick sheet.
Using a knife, cut 0.4″ (1 cm) wide strips.
Arrange them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Spread them with the beaten egg yolk, milk and oil.
Sprinkle the savory bites with sesame seeds and bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until they're fully baked.
Take them out, allow the crunchy bites with parmesan to cool slightly and serve them.
