How to make
Cut the puff pastry into squares (each side about 3 1/2″ (9 cm)). Make a small cut on each square - about 2 inches - from the outside corners going toward the inside.
In the middle, place jam that is not too runny. Bake in a preheated 430°F (220 °C) oven for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with plenty of powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy.
