How to make
Open up the puff pastry and roll it out slightly to thin it out. It is best that the sheet of dough is in the shape of a rectangle.
Spread it with the blueberry jam without reaching the edges and place the goat cheese in the middle, it should be cylindrical with a diameter of 4 cm.
Wrap the dough around the cheese and tuck the edges in and seal.
Beat the egg white slightly and spread the roll with it. Sprinkle with the crushed nuts.
Put it in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) and bake until golden brown.
Allow it to cool slightly before slicing, so that the cheese isn't too runny.
