How to make
The previously melted butter is mixed with both types of sugar and the vanilla essence. The eggs and the dry ingredients for our butter cookies are added and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Finally, the chocolate chips or finely crushed chocolate pieces and the walnuts are added. Mix and form small balls with your hands.
Place them on a baking sheet at a distance from each other and press them lightly with your palms or with a cookie stamp.
The butter cookies with chocolate pieces are baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) (with the fan on) until they acquire an appetizing golden color. Let them cool completely before removing them from the tray. Store them in a box with a lid. Enjoy!
