  • linseed - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • water - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
  • red beans - 2.3 oz (65 g) from a tin
  • vegan protein - 0.7 oz (20 g) protein mix (vegan protein/cocoa)
  • cocoa - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • walnut flour - 0.7 oz (20 g) ground walnuts
  • walnut tahini - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • agave syrup - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • walnuts - 0.4 oz (10 g)

How to make

For these vegan biscuits, leave the linseed in the water, until it swells.

Strain and wash the beans, then mash them in a bowl.

Combine all the products, except the walnuts and mix well.
