"Deliciously thick cookies that are infused with orange, and taste just gorgeous!"

Ingredients

  • flour - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • butter - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • brown sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • orange peel - from 2 pcs.
  • orange juice - 2 tbsp.
  • dark chocolate - 10.5 oz (300 g)

How to make

Mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Beat the butter with both types of sugar and add the eggs, one by one, by beating after each one. Add the flour, orange peel and juice.

Mix well and add the cut into pieces chocolate. Cover trays with baking paper. Using a spoon, shape the cookies, by spacing them apart.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 12 minutes. Take them out and leave them to cool on a wire rack.

While you bake one tray of cookies, it's best to keep the dough in the fridge.
