For these oatmeal cookies, grind the oatmeal into flour in a chopper and add the soda and baking powder to the resulting flour.

By stirring constantly, add the oatmeal.
Break the chocolate into pieces and pour it into the soft dough, which is left in the refrigerator to harden for about 10 minutes.
Then form the chocolate cookies (they double their volume, so be careful with the proportions) on a tray covered with baking paper.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
