Ingredients

  • water - 2 fl oz (60 ml)
  • sugar - 5 oz (140 g)
  • oil - 10 tbsp.
  • yogurt - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - about 3 cups
  • vanilla - 2 pcs.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

Stir the water and sugar until the sugar has melted and add the oil and stir again.

Add the yogurt, then start adding a little flour along with the baking powder and vanilla.

Knead a soft non-stick dough.

Roll out the dough into about 3-5 mm thick crust and cut out the biscuit shapes.

Bake the biscuits for 10-15 minutes at 360°F (180 degrees) until they're fully baked.
