"A great dough and you wont even get dirty by kneading it"

Ingredients

  • milk - 4/5 cup (190 ml)
  • yogurt - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • soda - a pinch
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • flour - 1 lb (470 g)
  • dry yeast - 1 1/3 tsp (7 g)

How to make

First, beat the egg with the yoghurt and add a pinch of soda to the yogurt. Add the warm milk to them and beat the mixture well.

Pour the mixture into the bread machine and add the sugar, oil and salt. Sift the flour and add it to the liquid ingredients.

Sprinkle the dry yeast on top and set the machine on the ''Dough'' setting. Once the dough has been kneaded, stop the bread machine and take out the dough.

Grease a bowl with oil and put the dough in it, cover it with a plastic bag and leave it to rise if you are going to work with it immediately, or you can put it in the fridge and make the pogaca the next day.
