Ingredients

  • water - 11 fl oz (330 ml)
  • yogurt - 1 tbsp. (or milk)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • oil - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 1.3 lb (605 g)
  • fresh yeast - 0.9 oz (25 g)

How to make

Prepare all the ingredients by measuring them on a kitchen scale.

Run the bread machine.

Add all the liquid ingredients: water, oil and yogurt. Add the salt and sugar.

Pour the flour on top to cover the liquid.

Crush the yeast.

Set the desired bread program (I set it to the second program for 2.17 hours). Release and close the lid.

Allow the finished bread to cool slightly inside the bread machine then wrap it in a cotton cloth.
