How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle and put the yogurt, baking powder, sugar and salt in it. Stir and gradually add flour to the well, until it has been completely absorbed.
Knead a smooth dough and divide it into 8 balls. Leave them relax for 5 minutes.
Roll out each ball of dough into a round thin crust and arrange them on top of each other, by placing a sheet of baking paper between them, so that they do not stick to each other.
Heat a skillet over medium/high heat (from 9 degrees on the 7-8th). If desired, grease it with oil and bake each flatbread for approximately one minute on each side.
Take out the ones that are ready and place them in a plate and grease them with plenty of butter and rub them with the chopped garlic cloves.
When you are almost done preparing all of them, you can also cut the garlic and sprinkle it on the flatbread.
Serve and consume warm, because when it cools down, the flatbread with butter and garlic becomes tougher.
