How to make
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the olive oil, water, egg and apple cider vinegar.
Mix all the ingredients and knead, until a smooth pizza dough is obtained.
On a floured surface, shape the dough into a ball.
Wrap the dough ball in foil and leave it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Roll out the dough into a thin circle.
Transfer the dough into a pizza pan.
