  • cherry tomatoes - 12 - 14 pcs. (from the pear - shaped)
  • quail eggs - 12 - 14 pcs.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.

measures

How to make

If you buy whole fish of the marinated herring, divide it into fillets and clean it from the larger bones - the central one and the remaining protruding ones. The finer ones do not need to be removed because they are soft.

It is also advisable to remove the skin.

Cut each filet into thinner strips and roll them into snails.

Boil, cool and peel the quail eggs.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

On small skewers, string half a tomato, egg, herring and finish off with a tomato.

Arrange the skewers - bites on a tray and drizzle them with olive oil.

Of the coarse flaky salt (Maldon) is sprinkled only over the quail eggs and cherry tomatoes.

Serve this wonderful festive appetizer chilled.

Enjoy your meal!
