How to make
Dissolve the yeast with 1 teaspoon of salt in 1/3 cup (75 ml) of warm water. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the dissolved yeast in a well in the middle. Cover with a towel and let it stand for about 15 minutes. Then add salt, olive oil and the remaining water and knead an elastic, homogeneous dough.
Shape it into a ball and transfer it into a greased bowl. Cover it with a cloth again and leave it for 45 minutes to settle. Cut the bacon into strips and sauté them for 2 minutes.
Mix the creams with 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt and black pepper. Chop the green onions finely. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet, smear it with the cream mixture, distribute the bacon and onions on top and season with salt, black pepper and oregano.
Put the pizza to bake for 10 minutes in a pre-heated 480°F (250 °C) oven.
