How to make
Boil the spaghetti and strain them.
Slice the bacon and fry it with a little olive oil in a deep pan. Add the pressed garlic, pour the wine and stir.
Beat the egg yolks together with the cream and pour the mixture into the pan. Immediately remove it from the heat.
Keep stirring the sauce and transfer it into the spaghetti.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and mix.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve the Spaghetti Carbonara.
