Ingredients

  • potato gnocchi - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • bacon - 1.8 oz (50 g), thinly sliced
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • parsley - half a bunch
  • parmesan - 1.8 oz (50 g), for sprinkling
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml), liquid
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

In 2 tbsp. of olive oil fry the garlic and bacon, then remove them from the heat. The gnocchi are also fried with 2 tbsp. olive oil, by stirring constantly.

The cream and egg yolks, half of the parmesan and parsley are mixed together and added to the gnocchi along with the bacon and garlic.

Keep them on the heat for about 5 minutes, by stirring and seasoning with salt and black pepper. The dish is transferred into a suitable serving plate. Sprinkle with parmesan.
