How to make
Put the gnocchi to boil in a pot of boiling water with salt.
The boiling time is about 15 minutes and a sure sign that the gnocchi are fully cooked is when they start to come up to the surface.
Meanwhile, cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it lightly in a pan.
Then add cooking cream and stir. While they are still hot, strain the gnocchi from the water and add a little olive oil.
Add the prepared cream and bacon sauce to the hot gnocchi, so that they absorb well from the sauce.
Also add the spices.
Serve them hot and grate plenty of Parmesan cheese on top.
The gnocchi with bacon and parmesan are delicious!
