Ingredients

  • potato gnocchi - 1.1 lb (500 g) of ready - made
  • bacon - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • field mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cooking cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • milk - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • mustard - 2 tsp.
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • white pepper

How to make

Prepare the sauce by frying the diced bacon in the oil. After a few minutes, add the mushrooms and cook, until they are stewed.

Pour the cream and milk and mix.

Add the mustard, stir and boil over moderate heat for 5-6 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the gnocchi according to the manufacturer's directions.

When ready, strain them and pour the cooked gnocchi into the sauce. Stir and season with white pepper and as much salt as you like.
