How to make
The sausage is cut into pieces and fried in heated butter and oil.
After it is fried, add the chopped onion and carrot.
When they soften, add the finely chopped garlic cloves and a little later, pour the white wine.
After the alcohol has evaporated, add the tomato sauce (canned).
The sauce is seasoned with salt, dry basil and oregano.
As soon as it boils, add the gnocchi. Cook for about eight to ten minutes, by stirring occasionally.
When they are ready, liquid cream is poured into the dish. After stirring for a short while, the gnocchi with sausage are ready.
Serve them sprinkled with grated parmesan.
