Ingredients

  • onions - 1 head
  • pumpkins - 17.5 oz (500 g) boiled and cut
  • bacon - 4 slices, smoked
  • chicken fillet - 16 oz (450 g)
  • salvia - 12 leaves
  • chicken broth - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • gnocchi - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • cream - 6 tbsp
  • parmesan
  • black pepper

How to make

Heat the oil in a pan, add the pumpkin and bacon. Braise for 5 min. and add in the cut chicken fillet and salvia.

Fry another 5 min. Boil the gnocchi, drain them and pour them in to the chicken along with the cream.

Stir carefully, season with salt and black pepper. Serve the gnocchi sprinkled with parmesan.
