How to make
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it for a short while in 1 tbsp. of oil. Remove and place it on kitchen paper to absorb the fat.
Heat the remaining oil on the stove over medium heat and in a deep frying pan. Season the drumsticks with black pepper. Fry them on all sides until they're golden brown in the heated oil for about 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken drumsticks from the pan and keep them warm. Add the garlic and a small amount of chicken broth to the oil, stir to deglaze the pan.
Cook for about a minute and add the rest of the broth and half of the bacon. Place the chicken drumsticks back in the pan and cook for about 15 minutes. Finally, add the heavy cream.
Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve and sprinkling with the rest of the bacon and finely chopped spring onions.
