How to make
Heat a little oil in a wide pot. Roll the drumsticks in flour and fry them on all sides.
During this time, peel and cut the potatoes. I cut them with a cookie cutter.
Clean the spinach, wash it and cut it. Once the drumsticks aquire a golden color, add the spinach and gently stir, until it is stewed.
Add the potatoes along with the chopped carrot. Pour the tomato puree, enough hot water to cover the dish and stir.
Leave the stew to simmer over low heat, until the potatoes are cooked.
Just before removing from the heat, add salt and chopped parsley.
The chicken drumsticks with potatoes and spinach are very tasty.
