How to make
First, boil the chicken drumsticks in salted water. Once they are cooked, they can be deboned.
Peel an onion and chop it finely. Then put it in a pot, in which we are going to be cooking, to stew with a little oil and water.
Once it becomes transparent, add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms. The mushrooms can be cleaned by rubbing them with a brush or by peeling them, as I do. If necessary, add a little more water.
After the mushrooms are stewed, the white wine is added. Stir well. After some of the wine has evaporated, sprinkle the mushrooms with a spoonful of paprika and about two spoons of flour.
Stir again. It's time for the ground tomatoes. They can also be canned. The dish is stirred and topped up with the broth in which the drumsticks are boiling. Two bay leaves are added for flavor.
Once the stew has boiled in the pot, place the drumsticks back into it. Allow the stew to cook on a low heat for another ten to fifteen minutes.
Once the stew is ready, sprinkle it with black pepper and finely chopped fresh parsley.
