How to make
Clean the fish and wash it. In a bowl, mix the salt, black pepper and paprika. Add a few teaspoons of oil and thyme. Spread the carp with the resulting mixture.
Cut the onion into circles and arrange them in an greased baking pan. Place the fish on top. Cut the carrots into cubes and spread them over the fish.
Cut the peppers into small pieces and sprinkle the fish and also sprinkle some on the side. Pour 1/3 of the wine and about 2/3 cup (150 ml) of water.
Wrap it in foil and bake it at 390°F (200 degrees), for about 2 hours or until it's fully cooked. During baking, pour the fish with the remaining wine several times.
Thirty minutes before removing the fish, add the chopped mushrooms and bake without foil.
