  • onion - 2 onions
  • mayonnaise - 7 oz (200 g)
  • yogurt - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • salt

How to make

The steaks are seared in a pan on both sides. Fry the onion in the same fat. The onion is placed at the bottom of the baking tray.

The mixed mayonnaise, yogurt and spices are poured over it. The steaks are arranged on top.

Seal the baking tray with foil and bake for 1 hour. The foil is removed and they are baked for 10-15 minutes.
