How to make
Boil the peeled potatoes and mash them while still warm with spices to taste, grated onion, and finely crushed parsley.
Work quickly to keep the mixture cool. Take a handful of the mixture and then flatten it with your hands.
In the middle put strips of pickles and close, as well shape the rolls. Optionally, you can make rolls with no stuffing or other stuffing – up to you.
Roll the potato rolls in bread crumbs and arrange them in a well greased tray. Bake them in a moderate oven until they get a nice tan. If you want, you may fry them in hot oil.
