How to make
The tenderized steaks are seasoned with salt and pepper. The mushrooms are finely chopped and briefly steamed with a little butter. Pour this on the steaks and put half a triangle of processed cheese on each.
Roll into a roll and seep tightened with toothpicks. Place in a baking dish and pour the wine in. Cover the tray with foil and bake in a preheated oven.
Finally, the foil is removed and the food baked to a crust. When serving, pour the resulting sauce on for flavor. Garnish with mashed potatoes.
