How to make
Clean the champignons and braise them. Cut the cheese and pickles into strips.
Put 2 strips of bacon onto plastic wrap and a steak on top of them. Salt and sprinkle with the black pepper.
Put 1 tbsp of the mushrooms, strips of cheese and pickles on one end of the steak. Do this for all the rolls.
Use the foil to wrap the rolls tightly. Remove the foil and tie each roll with thread.
Arrange them in a buttered oven dish and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.
If the rolls aren't baked well enough underneath, you can flip them over.
