How to make
Cut a chicken fillet lengthwise to make thin slices that you can then roll up.
I put smoked gouda, bacon and sprinkled with chicken seasoning, black pepper and a few drops of olive oil.
After rolling them up, I secured them with a few toothpicks, which I removed during baking.
I arranged them in the baking pan, added just a little white wine and popped them in the oven.
The chicken does not need to be processed for a long time so that it does not dry out.
Bake the rolls until golden brown at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven.
The chicken rolls with delicious filling are ready.
