How to make
Cut out the middles of the pitas, so you're left with a bowl-like pita. Dice the ham, chop the green onions and parsley.
Chop the olives finely. Grate the cheese. Put a little bit of ham, onions and olives in each pita. Sprinkle each one generously with cheese, then with parsley.
Arrange the pitas in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven, bake for 10-15 min. for the ham and cheese to crisp. These pitas are perfect for eating any time.
