How to make
Put the eggs, oil, sugar, salt, yoghurt, water in the bread maker's basket. Add the crumbled yeast and 3 1/3 cups (800 g) of the flour. Set the program to knead + rise.
When it starts kneading and forming a dough, start adding the flour gradually until it stops sticking to the walls.
Grate the mozzarella in a bowl, chop the sausages finely in another bowl. I used chorizo but you can use whatever kind you like.
Take the dough out onto a floured counter. Divide it up into 14-15 pieces and form them into balls. Place each ball in your hand and press with your other hand.
Using a brush, smear the middle of each with tomato paste. Place a few pieces of sausage and 1 tbsp mozzarella on each.
Cover with the edges and arrange tightly in a floured tray. Cover them and leave to rise again.
Beat the yolk with 2 tbsp milk, smear it over the risen pita and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven about 40 min.
